General Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only on unopened products, within 28 days of delivery. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify. Return instructions are included with your product — please refer to the enclosed information when initiating a return or exchange.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
Riva Di Oro — Fragrances
At our store, we take pride in offering premium fragrances. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, all sales are final once opened.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened Riva Di Oro fragrance product.
Why no returns on opened packaging?

- There is a risk of tampering or contamination.
